Our Privacy Policy
This web site in provided courtesy of the law office
of Richard F. Fried, Counselors at law. Lawyers in the State of New Jersey have an ethical obligation to keep your personal
information confidential. If we don't, we can lose our right to practice law.
We will not share your information with anyone at all.
I will not give your address to a marketing company or mailing list provider. I won't give out your phone number
or email address to anyone either.
We don't even secretly obtain your i.p. address based
on your visiting our web site. We don't know how to do that. We're lawyers--not computer programmers, for heaven's
sake. And we won't ask you to rate the quality of our service with an annoying pop-up (although we'd like to know your
opinion, so call us with it!). We're human--we are not robots.
More importantly, if you call or email our office for
information, we won't put you on a mailing list and send you brochures. We will only contact those clients who wish
to be contacted. Of course, if you decide to hire our firm I suspect we'll be spending a lot of time together, discussing
your case. But until then, we won't bother you.
Finally, we don't send newsletters or holiday cards
to our clients. Perhaps someday we will, but we'll ask permission first. Some people may actually want us to send them
information--and then we will.
Also, every year we produce a pretty neat magnetic calendar,
about the size of an index card, suitable for displaying on your refrigerator. Just ask--we'll send you one. Really.
If you have any further questions about our privacy
policy, just ask. We'd be happy to hear from you. What's not to like?
